Bossy child question:

Hi Cathy

I am a teacher and I teach a child in school with very bossy behaviour. Her self-esteem is very low because of her home situation.

She quite often is bossy to help the teacher i.e. get the children to line up before teacher arrives and generally telling the other children what to do.

The trouble is, she does it all the time though, and others dont want to play anymore with her and label her bossy. She has become quite unpopular.

Can you help me? Do you have any ideas to cope this problem?
